Today I am reviewing The Infinite Within by Michael Drakich.
Blurb: Going into outer space calls to Astronaut Brooke Jones like the sirens of old, and when the chance to be part of the first manned mission to Mars arises, she is ecstatic. But little does she know the fate that awaits her on the surface of the red planet or the results of her encounter when she gets back to Earth.
My Review: Once again I find myself really enjoying a book by this author. I have read a couple in the past by him and find this one just as enjoyable. He has a way of doing a good sci-fi book and making you really care about the characters. When Astronaut Brooke goes to Mars she finds herself bringing back more than anyone bargained for. How it is finally dealt with I found most satisfactory. Mr. Drakich might want to make sure his editor spends just a little more effort next time as I did find this the only thing lacking in the book. I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys light sci-fi. I give this book a 4 star.
